Hummingbirds Montessori School is an OFSTED registered sessional school based in Kingston-Upon-Thames caring for children from 2.5 y.o to 5 y.o, combining the principles of the Montessori Education and embracing movements such as Green Schools, Forest Schools and Zero Waste. 

 

Our 2,5 acres garden and proximity to Richmond Park give children an extraordinary opportunity to experience outdoor learning. 

 

We also follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and support children in the following areas of development:

• Personal, Social and Emotional Development  

 

We prepare children for a lifelong learning journey by introducing them to the following areas of learning: literacy, numeracy, knowledge and understanding of the world, expressive arts and design. 

 

During the day, children are provided with organic snacks and water.
